Marlene and Carol's Cosmetic Studio and Day Spa located at Merle Norman Cosmetics & Day Spa in Elizabethtown. Marlene Newton and Carol Rizer opened Merle Norman Cosmetics in August, 1977. Over the past 30 years it has grown to include our Day Spa, Norms for Men Day Spa and More. Jazz It Up hair studio is our newest addition which opened in July of 2007.
