F.A.Q.

Q : Is this only for birthday parties?

A : No, This is for any occasion for any youth ages 3 - 13. Just let us know when booking your party and we will accommodate the best we can for your occasion.


Q : Does the price change if I have less attendees?

A : The price remains the same whether you have that amount of attendees or less.

Q : Is the birthday girl included in the number of attendees?

A : Yes, but parents are not. The attendees include any young girl receiving a pedicure, manicure, or service.

Q : What if I want to add additional attendees to the party?

A : There is a price next to the package that says how much per additional attendee. There is a limit per package on how many you can add.

Q : How do I get my customized invitations?

A : When you book your party, we will ask you questions and customize an invite for you. This invite will be emailed to you digitally as a .pdf and you are responsible for taking it to Staples or using a printer at home to print and send them. We will send them to you in a timely manner, depending how far ahead the party is booked.

Q : How do I get my Thank you cards?

A : They are given to you at the party or beforehand.

Q : How do I book a party?

A : Call or stop in to talk to our Spa Party Manager, Emily. If you're calling, our number is 270.765.6988. After you decide to book a party, you will fill out a contract and put a $100 deposit down. This deposit goes towards the price of the party. The remainder of the cost is due 1 week before the party. The deposit is fully refundable unless it is within 14 days of the party. We will try to reschedule and accommodate the best we can if you need to. We prefer all parties booked at least 14-30 days before party date.

Q : When are the parties available?

A : Fridays 6:30 or later, Saturdays 4:30 or later we can offer the "Little Miss" or "Miss Diva" packages. Sundays are when we offer our "Princess" or "Royalty" packages due to the large amount of time for set-up and clean-up. Some exclusions apply.

Q : Are you strict on the age limit?

A : It depends on the party being offered. Any young lady under 3 usually can't reach the pedicure chairs and requires more supervision. We generally don't take young ladies that are 14 or older.

Q : Am I allowed to bring in outside food?

A : Due to insurance and legalities, we can not allow any outside food unless it is cake or cupcakes.

Q : Is a deposit required?

A :a $100 deposit is required when signing the contract. This deposit goes towards the cost of the party unless there is a cancellation within 14 days. If the party is cancelled within 14 days, it is non-refundable.

Q : Do parents stay for the party?

A : Parents of the birthday girl need to be present, parents of the attendees do not need to be stay. Parents of the birthday girl are responsible for all the attendees.

Q : Do you offer other services during party?

A : No, we are offering this party after hours so no other services will be available.

Q : What happens if I need to cancel my spa party?

A : Let us know immediately and we will try to reschedule your party. We can refund your deposit as long as it's before 14 days of your scheduled party. After 14 days, it is non-refundable.

Q : Can we take pictures and post them?

A : Yes! Be sure to tag us in them.

Q : Are the Merle Norman Hostesses licensed?

A : Yes, you will have a licensed, experienced Nail Technician offering your Manicures and Pedicures. You will also have a licensed and experienced Esthetician offering your facials and Makeup.

Q : Do you offer these parties on location?

A : Not at this time, No.

Q : What if I want to do Manicures AND Pedicures?

A :Please see our Spa Party Manager and we may be able to customize your party for an additional fee.

Q : What kind of Cupcakes do you offer for the Royalty package?

A : We work with what you would like - Chocolate or White. We normally do swirl icing (see pictures) We can do something different if you wish.

Q : Do you accommodate for allergies?

A :On the intake form and contract, you will need to list all attendees and allergies if any. We will change what we can if necessary.

Q : What if one of my attendees doesn't show?

A : The price remains the same, you may substitute an attendee if they can make it in time. We would need to know any allergies.

Q : Do you offer nail art?

A :If our nail technician at the party is capable of doing nail art (talent and time allowing) we can do nail art!
